“Man’s mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions.”
- Oliver Wendell Holmes
What if there were a building where you could go to find the secrets of emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental improvement? There is! It’s the public library.
Your local library is full of great books, magazines, newspapers, and audiovisual resources. You don’t have to sign up for some expensive, mail-order, self-improvement programme. All you have to do is spend some free time at the library.
Self-improvement is a key to your personal growth. If you want to “move up the ladder”, you need to lean it against the local library. Your librarian will take you to just the right section, or help you find the computerized source, to help you stay a step ahead of the crowd.
Learn about the past in great history books. The triumphs and tragedies of the past will help you learn how to face the future. Learn about the present. Find out about your world. Keep a newspaper in one hand and a good book on current events in the other.
There are some good books at the library. Check it out!
